About us

Cooking and eating together as a family at least one meal a day is so important to me. Even though I work full time, even though times get stressful, even though it takes effort, planning, and time, there is nothing like sitting down to a meal with your family. It builds relationships, it builds communication and vocabulary skills, it builds etiquette, and a love for food and cooking. These characteristics are things that I want my daughter to learn and develop as she grows. It is here that I will share stories of the family, what we eat, and sometimes the talk that happens around the dinner table.
